With more than 20 years of experience, Nicole has built a trusted reputation for delivering strategic insight, fostering meaningful connections, and helping clients move from complexity to clarity with measurable results.
Nicole made history at just 27 when she became the first Black woman to serve as Public Relations Director for an NBA franchise, the Washington Wizards. She went on to hold senior roles with Monumental Sports & Entertainment, including Director of Event and Venue PR for Capital One Arena and Assistant Director of PR for the WNBA’s Washington Mystics. She began her career in the Communications Department at the WNBA league office in New York City.
Nicole is a proud graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, and Jefferson Community College. Additionally, she holds a professional certificate in Sports Philanthropy from George Washington University.
